"Bought insurance on a rainy day in Hudson...my agent of 15 years left to Florida for retirement. I was searching for a couple weeks. I happen to call the Nationwide agent in Twinsburg, who serves Hudson as well. I spoke with Gus Hoyas, he took my information and called me back the same day. The problem that I had with the agency was that my quote was tied up in the system according to the office. It was a system glitch and it took them several hours to resolve the issue. I have to compliment them, because they were consistent and followed up with many apologies with the delay. Gus called the 1-800 number from the office to resolve the matter. He then called my around 7:30 p.m. at home telling me he had everything resolved. I was surprised to get a call from an insurance agent at 7:30 p.m. at home. The office was definitely on top of its business. My wife and I were impressed with agency staff and their politeness. It's a great location and close to home. Every time we call someone picks up with a kind and friendly voice. I referred them my son's business as well, as he was looking for commercial insurance. Now we have an agent that serves us right...that what you pay for....."
