“I have been with Nationwide insurance for over 30 years and with Gus Hoyas since he took the Business over from Roseberry’s. Gus and his crew have always looked at me as being their customer first. They always do their research and choose the product that is best for me and not the product that might make Nationwide Insurance the most money. Gus goes over my insurance package at least once a year to make sure that I am not over or under insured. I have only praise for Gus and his team.”

“I have had nothing but a great customer experience over the past 5 years with the Gus Hoyas Insurance Agency in Twinsburg. I am always treated with a friendly smile and a nice voice over the phone. Gus always makes time for me to discuss the issues I have had. I just think the way of doing business with Insurance is Face to Face not via phone or computers. I have too much to lose not to know the person personally that is protecting my family and personal property. Its a Great Agency with a lot of knowledge and it has a great staff that are very good with Customer service. I call and I get a call back within 24 hours or sometimes the same day. They are a very busy office every time I go in to make a payment, they stop to ask me How are things and What they can do for me now…if you are in the agency they drop everything for you to help you. Gus is great and brings a lot of resources and knowledge about insurance. He is committed to us, that is WHY we are Committed to him and the Agency……thank you for protecting us Nationwide !!!”

“I was in position to start collecting early on Social Security Gus Hoyas gave ne some great advice on prioritizing me needs and expenses. He was very good on explaining my coverages with my Auto, Home, Business, Life and Umbrella. He told me based on my investments and assets and home value I needed to increase my liability coverage because I serve on several community and city boards and non profits. I was so encouraged that he was giving me advice that no one else share with me. Not even my investment advisor or accountant. He has been very good to our family with his sense of urgency to get things done. Very passionate….and proud of his heritage. I’m very blessed to know my entire family is now insured with Nationwide with the Gus Hoyas Agency and his staff.

“Bought insurance on a rainy day in Hudson…my agent of 15 years left to Florida for retirement. I was searching for a couple weeks. I happen to call the Nationwide agent in Twinsburg, who serves Hudson as well. I spoke with Gus Hoyas, he took my information and called me back the same day. The problem that I had with the agency was that my quote was tied up in the system according to the office. It was a system glitch and it took them several hours to resolve the issue. I have to compliment them, because they were consistent and followed up with many apologies with the delay. Gus called the 1-800 number from the office to resolve the matter. He then called my around 7:30 p.m. at home telling me he had everything resolved. I was surprised to get a call from an insurance agent at 7:30 p.m. at home. The office was definitely on top of its business. My wife and I were impressed with agency staff and their politeness. It’s a great location and close to home. Every time we call someone picks up with a kind and friendly voice. I referred them my son’s business as well, as he was looking for commercial insurance. Now we have an agent that serves us right…that what you pay for…..”

“I went in looking for auto insurance, I was moving out of my parents house and Brittany made the process easy… I didn’t know much about getting on my own policy but she helped me get a general idea of what I needed and how I should be covered. They did run into some technical issues at one point but I was able to get a policy that day. Brittany was great. I highly recommend!”
