They always do their research and choose the product that is best for me and not the product that might make Nationwide Insurance the most money. “I have had nothing but a great customer experience over the past 5 years with the Gus Hoyas Insurance Agency in Twinsburg. I am always treated with a friendly smile and a nice voice over the phone. Gus always makes time for me to discuss the issues I have had. I just think the way of doing business with Insurance is Face to Face not via phone or computers. I have too much to lose not to know the person personally that is protecting my family and personal property. Its a Great Agency with a lot of knowledge and it has a great staff that are very good with Customer service. I call and I get a call back within 24 hours or sometimes the same day. They are a very busy office every time I go in to make a payment, they stop to ask me How are things and What they can do for me now…if you are in the agency they drop everything for you to help you. Gus is great and brings a lot of resources and knowledge about insurance. He is committed to us, that is WHY we are Committed to him and the Agency……thank you for protecting us Nationwide !!!”

“I was in position to start collecting early on Social Security Gus Hoyas gave ne some great advice on prioritizing me needs and expenses. He was very good on explaining my coverages with my Auto, Home, Business, Life and Umbrella. He told me based on my investments and assets and home value I needed to increase my liability coverage because I serve on several community and city boards and non profits. I was so encouraged that he was giving me advice that no one else share with me. Not even my investment advisor or accountant. He has been very good to our family with his sense of urgency to get things done. Very passionate….and proud of his heritage. I’m very blessed to know my entire family is now insured with Nationwide with the Gus Hoyas Agency and his staff.
